The mission of Reitman Research and Strategy (RRS) is to support equity-focused organizations with the tools and analyses they need to turn plans into action.
Based in New York City, RRS provides equity-focused research and evaluation/assessment consulting to organizations across the country. Its President, Dr. Meredith Reitman, was formerly a faculty member in the field of critical race theory and conducted research on the role of race in workplace belonging and exclusion. She continued to use this lens as a researcher and evaluator in the nonprofit and public sectors for two decades, exploring racial implications within employment, health, housing, and education.
In her current role, she supports organizations looking to explore racial equity in depth, develop and test initiatives that impact racial equity, and evaluate the effectiveness of those initiatives. She is currently active in Showing Up For Racial Justice (SURJ) at both the national and local levels. For more information about Dr. Reitman, please download her resume if you are interested in racial equity or evaluation, or visit her page on LinkedIn.
